Salon Etiquette and Policies

Please read through the following points, which reflect our duty of care to our clients as well as policies and etiquette we ask all our clients to observe.

All treatments require a 10 min consultation form to be completed prior to treatment. The therapists will take you through this one to one so you do not have to be early for your treatment. All information given is strictly confidential.

On certain beauty and aromatherapy treatments a skin patch test may be required 24 hours prior to treatment.

All our treatments are available to men except for any full body massage treatments.

Any cancellations/changing of appointments – 24 hours prior notice please.

Evening appointments may be made for those who work late etc. All our therapists are extremely dedicated and flexible to their clients’ needs.

All holistic treatments are available with a tailor-made aromatherapy oil blend at an extra cost.

Holistic therapies should not be used as a substitute for orthodox medicine.
