Reiki, meaning ‘universal life force energy’, is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A subtle healing energy flows into the client from the therapists hands, and it is this life energy that creates the relaxation and healing effect.
Reiki energy flows through the body releasing and balancing any blocked or stagnant energy, thus improving physical, psychological and spiritual imbalance/dis-ease within the body.
It is known to re-balance the body and mind, and improve any aspect of life, from physical health to emotional well-being to stress reduction and mental clarity.
